James Patrick Guerrero is willing to be dismissed, alienated, and disrespected in the legislature for his truly conservative views. The established republicans, Juan D’Arce and Jeanette Nunez, are marginal conservatives, akin to liberal republicans. James Patrick Guerrero will push forward the true conservatism with commitment, clarity and courage.

James Patrick Guerrero took the oath to defend the Constitution TWICE, forever! Once as an enlisted Marine and twice as a Marine Officer. Has Jeanette Nunez or Juan D’Arce ever taken an oath to defend the Constitution, and kept it? Ask them. Who do you want to be the next Florida House Representative for District 112?

This is my Oath of Marine Enlistment to the Constitution of the United States forever.

 I, James Patrick Guerrero, do solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God. 

 This is my Marine Officer Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States forever. 

 I, James Patrick Guerrero, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. Democrat Johnny Farias and Republican Jeanette Nunez sued Democrat Sandra Ruiz for lack of qualification to be on the ballot for Florida House of Representatives, District 112. She failed to resign as Doral city councilwoman in time. Judge removed her from the race.
