The Sunshine State News just released a notification about a study we have been sending around on the activist history of the Florida Supreme Court

Supporters of the status quo want you to believe that the threat of judicial activism and isolated, occasional and overstated.

In reality, judicial activism is a serious problem with a long history, as this report shows.
